NYC Pier 84 is located at the cross of W44th St. In Maritime Entertainment District. The area is open to the public and is home to the Intrepid Sea, Air and Space Museum. Enjoy the nice views of the Hudson River and the nearby dogs playing at the dog park. The cache container is a pico. There is no need to walk on the flowers or tear apart the shrubs. Good luck!
