R will be heading back to Winnipeg once again and would love to get together with those who enjoy event caching. While in the US, he has had an opportunity to see many Winnipeg cachers, but there are others who don't have the luxury (or expense account) to be able to travel, so he will come to see them closer to their home. Hopefully the weather cooperates so that true spring weather can be enjoyed (not rain, just more reasonable temperatures).
