Geocache Description:

This cache belongs to the SideTracked series. It is not designed to take you to a magical place with a breath taking view. Its a distraction for the weary traveller, but anyone else can go and find it too. More Information can be found at the SideTracked Website

The station was first opened on this site by the Taff Vale Railway in 1863 Originally called Walnut Tree Junction it was later renamed Walnut Tree Bridge & finally Taffs Well Station. It serves Taffs Well & neighbouring Gwaelod y Garth. The cache is located within a short walk of the station. There's parking at the station but it is very, very busy Unregistered TB as FTF prize This is a busy footpath with plenty of passing muggles so care will be needed to retrieve & replace the cache. The cache is big enough for swag & TBs
