I placed the cache in this park to encourage fellow geocachers to check out the new and improved campground and bike trail. I received permission from the park ranger to place the cache anywhere in the park. He even suggested a location on where to hide the cache!
I wanted for everyone to enjoy a little stroll down a path so I placed it at the North end of the park. Park at N 42’34.451 / W 92’29.132 and travel down the trail. The trail has a few rough areas from past washouts but it should present no problems.
The cache is a plastic container and contains: A roll of every handyman’s secret weapon (Duct Tape), a mini Desk Set, a pair of stereo headphones, a 15 in 1 Multi-Function Tool, and an unlimited supply of our personalized Geocaching Pens.
The location that the park ranger suggested is still on my places to hide list. This park is large enough to hold more than one cache.
