This cache can be found without a GPSr using a suitable map. In the terrain maps (maastokartta, scale 1:20,000), the correct page is Ojakkala.
You can also use the more common "Nuuksio-Luukkaa outdoor activity map" (Nuuksio-Luukkaa - ulkoilukartta, scale 1:15,000), but note that the grid is no coordinate system grid, but it is only oriented according to the magnetic north.
