Geocache Description:

The city was referred to as Tigerstaden (the City of Tigers) by the author Bjørnstjerne Bjørnson around 1870, due to his perception of the city as a cold and dangerous place. This name has over the years achieved an almost official status, to the extent that the 1000-year anniversary was celebrated by a row of tiger sculptures around city hall.

Logging task

Upload a photo of yourself with the tiger located on the posted coordinates. If you want to remain anonymous just upload a photo of the tiger and your GPS.

Attach the photo to your foundit-log! Do not message me or attach it to a note-log!

The photo must include the tiger, enough of the tiger that it can be identified. The photo must also include yourself, atleast your face. (Update august 3rd 2018: Images showing less than half a face will not be accepted!) If you really want to stay anonymous, you may include your GPS in the photo instead of your face.

Logs that do not meet the requirements, will be deleted.
