Hello geocaching friends! Tis the season of tasty breakfast and warm beverages...which means the bugs are leaving so it's time for caching! Come out and hang with the nerds Saturday morning. I'll be bringing some trackables to discover and more to drop off (maybe a prize unactivated trackable to get some more interest?) and some FTF magazines to spread throughout the geocaching world!
The Challenge...find us and get to the log!
To get to the event, begin with the starting coords and go east four blocks, north two blocks, west three blocks, south two blocks and west one block.*
Log will be easily located...but there will be a code to unlock it!
Time: 1100-1200
*Location: Meriweather's Coffee Shop has graciously agreed to host us (no purchase required but I did commit to at least 6 attendees in order to reserve the table), 702 Cherokee St, Leavenworth, KS 66048 meriwetherscoffeeshop.com
Bonus: we'll have a drawing for an unactivated trackable! (must be present to win)
Please note: If you think you're going to cut close to the end time, please post this with your attend log. Sometimes the group breaks up early, if we know you are coming late we will be sure to wait for you. Thanks!
A note about trackables: Feel free to bring them. I'll bring two containers, one to discover and one to trade. Just please don't leave them unattended on the tables, they can be accidentally lost when the tables are cleaned.
