Geocache Description:

Number 1153 in a series of caches where a red telephone box is in close proximity to a post box.

The only rules are that they have to be able to be photographed together, be not more than 100’ apart and the phone boxes have to be red.

This is a new Fine Pair which I cant believe how I missed let alone everyone else.i was looking at buying a Red phone box myself and looked at all the ones that had been taken away when I saw an article from a few years ago showing where the remaining boxes are,and this one had a post box next to it as well.I couldn't believe my luck, and here it is.

You will need to get some information from the telephone box and post box and then use that information to solve the following equation.
On the post box the address is outside number ? When you have this number, multiply it by 30, then minus 10.this is your North.inside the telephone box you will have o/s A-B GRAND PDE JN HIGH ST. Lose the - so its now AB,so if it was A=5 b=8 it would be 58,so you now need to multiply AB by 23 and then add 6, this is your West.
N50 47.??? W1 6.??? Check sum equals 47 for all the 12 digits combined.

You are looking for a circular container about an inch and half diameter by .75 of an inch thick.

The Fine Pair series was originally started by wizardsmum but is now managed by mattd2k
