Geocache Description:

We have named this cache as a tribute to the caching team of "Queezy". They have been caching many years and have played a very important role in placing so many caches around the Grand Strand area. We recently had the priviledge of having lunch with them and they gave us the 4 ammo boxes that we have hidden in this park. When we all started caching ammo boxes were the normal containers used for hiding caches. It was always so much fun to find these ammo boxes because they were always filled with all kinds of "treasures". If you have ever cached with children you can remember how excited they were to find these treasure chests. Team Queezy filled all of these ammo boxes with lots of swag so they are just waiting for all the cachers to find them. Thank you so much Queezy for these ammo boxes and we know that all the cachers finding these boxes thank you also.

The State Park does have an admission charge, unless you have a yearly pass which is only available to SC residents at a cost of $99.00. If you are a SC resident over 65 the pass is half price at $49.50. Daily rates are $8.00 per person, or $5.00 for over 65, $4.00 for kids 6-16, and under 6 are free. We also own an additional 9 caches in the park, and then there is a multi, 2 other traditionals, and an Earthcache, so this will help to make the admission charge a little more cost effective per cache.
