Land of Two Waters Traditional Geocache

This cache has been archived.

BlackHoleSurfer: Not many places to put one here. Thought this one would be safe where it was located, but I guess not. Such a pretty area too.

Geocache Description:

A 260 acre area with restored uplands and restored wetlands, the Shellrock River and Elk Creek also run through the property.

The area is mainly restored uplands with a few tree and shrub plantings, some restored wetlands, and some mixed river bottom timber along the Shellrock River and Elk Creek.  There is good deer, turkey, pheasant, and waterfowl hunting.  This area would also be a good one to catch the spring bird migrations.

This is a Public Hunting Area, so please be aware of the seasons, and if in doubt, wear orange anyway.  You will need to park at the gate and walk from there.  Short hike to GZ.  Please respect the area and ALWAYS practice CITO.  Cache only contains a log, so please BYOP.
