Il y a 15 ans les premières géocaches ont été placées dans la Vallée d'Abondance par l'équipe "valdabondance.com". La géocaching a été introduite dans cette vallée en 2003 avec un premier concours de 7 géocaches - dont seulement 2 sont encore actifs. En 2016 et 2017, des concours ont également été organisés. Entre-temps, plus de 100 caches ont été placées dans la vallée, beaucoup d'entre elles sont encore actives.
Cette année, le concours comprend 3 places et un bonus - 6 geocaches en total. Vous pourrez trouver l'information pour les coordonnées de bonus en géocaches dans les communes d'Abondance, de La Chapelle-d'Abondance et de Chatel. À l'automne, le concours sera «terminé» avec un événement à La Chapelle-d'Abondance, mais bien sûr les caches resteront actives comme au début!

- Re-cacher le conteneur exactement où et comment vous l'avez trouvé afin que d'autres géocacheurs puissent le trouver

15 years ago the first geocaches were placed in the Valley of Abondance by team "valdabondance.com". Geocaching was introduced in this valley 2003 with a first concours of 7 geocaches - only 2 of these are still active. Also in 2016 and 2017 concours were organised. In the meantime over 100 caches have been placed in the valley, many of them are still active.
This year the concours consists of 3 places and a bonus - 6 caches in total. You will be able to find the information for the coords of bonus in geocaches in Abondance, La Chapelle-d'Abondance and Chatel municipalities. In the fall the concours will be 'ended' with an event in La Chapelle-d'Abondance, but of course the caches will remain active like from the beginning!
