Ashridge has been used as a filming location for its fair share of scary movies. Hot Fuzz ("The Greater Good"), Maleficent (scary if you're 8) and especially The Descent (look for an old log cabin while in the woods - it features in the film) have all had scenes shot here. This cache is a creepy nod to Ashrige's heritage of horror...
A Puzzle-type Letterbox/Hybrid cache (please don't remove the ink pad or stamp; they're not swaps) set for the 2018 Winter Geolympix - The cache is NOT at the given co-ords, but is within 2 miles of them. You have to crack a puzzle or code to locate the cache.
