Laurie Kahn said, “Looking over the lake, I felt enveloped in the most peaceful, loving Utopia.” Today’s cache will take you to a place that you can sit and enjoy the view, go on a adventure out on the waters, or just listening to the waves and reflect. You are looking for a micro. Please make sure that you place it back the way you found it. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ This cache is placed on at Fort Stevenson State Park. Fort Stevenson was part of the Lewis and Clark Expedition of 1804-1806. On its search for a water route to the Pacific Ocean, they spent more time in North Dakota than in any other state on their journey. Two of their campsites were located in the vicinity of Fort Stevenson State Park ** Please remember to follow all park rules and regulations when entering the park. We ask that you enter and park at the parking cords that are listed to avoid trespassing on private property. There is a $7 fee in entering the park. If you do not have a gps, please stop at the Visitor Center to use one, free of charge. If you have any questions, contact the park directly at 701.337.5576 or email at fssp@nd.gov. **http://www.parkrec.nd.gov/parks/fssp/fssp.html
