Viņķu kalns (243 m)

Vidzemes augstienē - Viņķu kalnā (243m) ,, Vecviņķos" dzimis gleznotājs Kārlis Miesnieks un rakstnieks Jonass Miestnieks. Vasaras saulgriežos kalnā piebaldzēni sagaida sauli uzlecam, no salasītām jāņuzālēm un ozolzariem tiek pīti vainagi. Vakarā var vērot daudzajos pakalnos iedegamies augstu paceltās jāņugunis, bet pusnaktī Viņķu kalnā liesmo uguns skulptūras .

Ja brauksiet Jaunpiebalgas centra virzienā, noteikti pamanīsiet vecās kapsētas (tajā atdusas K. Miesnieks) atjaunoto 19. gadsimta akmens žogu, kura garums ir 1307 m. Jaunpiebalga var lepoties ne tikai ar vienu no lielākajām Latvijas kapsētām, bet arī ar cēlo Svētā Toma baznīcu, pie kuras atrodas tēlnieka Kārļa Zāles veidotais piemineklis un draudzes locekļu stādītā ozolu birzs Brīvības cīņās (1918 - 1920) kritušo piemiņai.

Slēpnis ir mikro izmēra bez rakstāmā.

Pirmajam atradējam ir iespēja tikt pie Travel Bug.

On the Vidzeme highlands - Vinku hill (243m) "Vecvinki" was born painter Karlis Miesnieks and writer Jonass Miesnieks. In the summer solstice locals are waiting to see the sun rising, from the gathered grasses and oak branches crowns are bein made. In the evening you can see the high raised bonfires lit up, but in midnight Vinku hill fire sculptures lit up.

If you drive to the direction of the center of Jaunpiebalga, you will definitely notice the graveyard's (in which lies K. Miesnieks) restored 19th century stone fence, whioch lenght is 1307 m. Jaunpiebalga can be proud not only with one of the oldest Latvia's cemeteries, but also with the noble Holy Tom's church, which houses the sculptor Karlis Zale's monument and the oak grove planted by the chirch members in the Freedom Fights(1918 - 1920) for the fallen folk rememberance.

The hide is micro-sized without writing.

The first finder has the opportunity to get on the Travel Bug.
