Geocache Description:

Where: The beach by Glen Trunk.
When: 3 p.m. to 4 p.m. Saturday 22nd September 2018

It's been a long time since there was a CITO here on the Isle of Man, perhaps because our beaches get a regular clean by Beach Buddies. However, this area is a bit remote, but not TOO FAR, and not often reached by the regular cleaning groups.

As you have to walk to this area you will have to carry back with you whatever rubbish you collect, so here are the guidelines:

Litter pick for no more than 1 hour and only fill one bag that you can easily carry. We will provide bags but if you have a pre-used bag please bring it along. If you have gloves and a litter picker, please bring those too.

As it is International CITO week you will earn an official souvenir for your geocaching profile.

You could park at Balleira Beach car park and walk along the beach, but the best approach is from the parking at Millie's Picnic Garden as there is NO PARKING anywhere nearer to GZ. Please don't offend the residents in the neighbourhood by trying to drive closer.
