Geocache Description:

The Vancouver Seawall is a fourteen-mile long multipurpose path that is near water around Vancouver and Stanley Park.  Its primary use is walking, jogging, and biking with parts of it being dog friendly.  This path takes one through many iconic locations of Vancouver including but not limited to: Canada Place, Stanley Park, Lions Gate Bridge, English Bay, Granville Island, and Jericho Beach.

You must have already found GC7T47B (remember the cache's hint, this is the reason) before attempting this cache since this is the second stage of that cache.

You must: (in order to find the coordinates)

First, you take the number on the cache and reverse the tens and units digits.

Second, draw circles with origin at the location of  GC7T47B (the final location not posted coordinates) with that radius and every metric suffix (in incraments of 10 not 1000) ex. cm, mm, dm, km, etc.

Third, find the intersection point between any one of those circles and the Vancouver Seawall that is closest to the posted coordinates of this cache.

Fourth, move towards stanley park on the trail with the original number on the cache amount of meters.

You can validate your puzzle solution with certitude.
