Winter is coming, de voorbije 4 jaar mochten we jullie tijdens de koude winterdagen ontvangen (hoewel er winterse dagen waren van 18 graden en meer). We hebben echt genoten, samen met alle vrijwilligers die geholpen hebben de afgelopen vier jaar. Vorig jaar besloten we echter dat dat ook de laatste editie zou worden.

Na alle leuke en positieve reacties en de vele verzoekjes voor een vijfde event, hebben we toch de koppen nog eens bij elkaar gestoken om te kijken wat mogelijk zou zijn. Dit jaar contacteerden we ook Night's Watch om te vragen of zij mee op de kar sprongen. Na het nodige wikken en wegen van onze opties en agenda's, kunnen we nu met trots verkondigen dat we jullie een vijfde maal mogen verwelkomen op Westeros (Herenthout) in onze herberg.

Welke taferelen zullen plaatsvinden op de dag van het event?

Er zullen de hele dag lang geoshops aanwezig zijn.

Wil je erbij zijn?

Vergeet dan zeker niet een will attend te plaatsen!

Wij vragen een kleine bijdrage van €5, hiervoor krijg je het volgende in ruil:

• Papieren listings
• GPX-bestand voor je GPS (neem voor de zekerheid best zelf een USB-kabeltje mee)
• Eén consumptie (uitgezonderd sterke bieren en andere sterke dranken)
• Eventwoodie van deze editie
• Ticket voor de tombola

Praktisch

Parking

Op de parking is plaats voorzien voor maximaal 12 mobilhomes. Heb je graag een plekje? Stuur dan tijdig een bericht naar onze organisatie om je plek te reserveren.

Op de eventlocatie zelf is er voldoende parkeergelegenheid voor normale wagens. Ook een fietsenstalling is aanwezig.

Kids Kleurwedstrijd

Ben jij een echt tekentalent? Breng een mooie tekening mee en geef ze af aan de inschrijvingstafel. Voor de drie mooiste tekeningen is er een leuke attentie voorzien. De winnende tekeningen worden bekendgemaakt om 16u45.

Winter is coming, les 4 années passées, nous avons eu le plaisir à vous recevoir pendant les froides journées d'hiver (bien qu'il y ait eu des journées d'hiver de 18 degrés et plus). Nous avons vraiment joui, avec tous les bénévoles qui ont aidé au cours des quatre dernières années. L'année dernière, cependant, nous avons décidé que ce serait aussi la dernière édition.

Après toutes les belles réactions positives et les nombreuses demandes pour un cinquième événement, nous avons encore mis les têtes ensemble pour voir ce qui était possible. Cette année, nous avons également contacté Night's Watch pour leur demander s'ils voulaient aider. Après une évaluation de nos options et programmes, nous pouvons maintenant annoncer avec fierté que nous pouvons vous accueillir une cinquième fois à Westeros (Herenthout) dans notre auberge.

Qu'est-ce qui se passera le jour de l'événement

Il y aura des geoshops toute la journée.

N'oubliez pas de placer votre will attend!

Nous demandons une petite contribution de €5, pour ce montant vous recevez:

• Les listings sur papier
• Le fichier GPX pour votre GPS (emportez votre câble USB, svp)
• Une consommation (sauf des bières forts et autres spiritueux)
• Un woodie de cette édition de l'événement
• Un ticket pour le tombola

Pratiquement

Parking

Le parking peut accueillir 12 mobil-homes au maximum. Voudriez-vous une place? Envoyez dès que possible un message à notre organisation pour réserver votre place.

Sur le lieu de l'événement, il y a assez de place sur le parking pour des voitures normales. Un parking à vélos est également disponible.

Concours de couleur pour les enfants

Êtes-vous un vrai talent de dessin? Apportez un joli dessin et émettez-le à la table d'inscription. Il y a un cadeau pour les trois plus beaux dessins. Les dessins gagnants seront annoncés à 16h45.

Winter is coming, the past 4 years we could welcome you during the cold winter days (although there were winter days of 18 degrees and more). We really enjoyed, along with all the volunteers who have helped over the past four years. Last year, however, we decided that this would be the last edition.

After all the nice and positive reactions and the many requests for a fifth event, we put our heads together again to see what was possible. This year we also asked Night's Watch to help us organising the event. After careful consideration and weighing of our options and agenda, we can now proudly announce that we can welcome you a fifth time at Westeros (Herenthout) in our hostel.

What's going to happen at the event?

Geoshops will be present all day long.

Want to attend?

Don't forget to place a will attend log!

We ask a small contribution of €5, in return you will get the following:

• The listings on paper
• The GPX file for your GPS (take a USB cable with you, just to be sure)
• One consumption (except strong beers and other spirits)
• Event woodie of this edition
• Ticket for the tombola

Practical

Parking

On the parking lot there is room for maximum 12 mobile homes. Would you like a spot? Send a message to our organisation to reserve your place (make sure to do it in time).

On the event location there are ample parking spots for normal cars. A bicycle parking is also available.

Kids Color Contest

Are you a real drawing talent? Bring a nice drawing and hand it over at the registration table. There is a nice gift for the three most beautiful drawings. The winning drawings will be announced at 16h45.
