Geocache Description:


Come join us for an afternoon of geocaching the City to commemorate the 60th Anniversary of the Fredericton Region Museum in Officers’ Square. This event is being sponsored by the Fredericton Region Museum and the Fredericton Region Geocachers for FROSTival 2019. Find five geocaches and be eligible for a super souvenir coin of FRM 60th while quantities last.  Open to all!!  The outdoor activity begins at 11:00 am wraps up at 5:00 pm.  Free instruction for beginners! Details are:

            Saturday 02 February 2019

            1100 – 1130 hrs     Free “Learn to be a Cacher!”

            1130 – 1200 hrs     Free Passports handed out; Meet & Greet fellow Geocachers

            1200 – 1600 hrs     Geocaching!

             1600 – 1700 hrs     Wrap Up & receive 60th Anniversary coin.  Note there will be a beer garden open to all.

Fun begins and ends at the Fredericton Region Museum at 571 Queen St.

The event is free and donations are permissible. Normal fees for beverages.
