How Geocaching Works
Use of geocaching.com services is subject to the terms and conditions in our disclaimer
Investigators meeting at this field office to discuss the escape and disappearance of Frank Morris and the Anglin brothers should come prepared to spend the day canvassing the area. Please bring your full kit (aka TOTT), and be prepared for any search enviornment.
We will meet at 0900 to allow time for everyone to arrive safely. We will disperse all information, photographs, and GPS coordinates gathered up to this point, dispensing into the field no later than 1000.
If you have any useful leads to share, your input will be appreciated. We suggest going out in at least pairs, for, although we believe these men have fled the area, they may not have gotten far, and may have armed themselves and therefore be dangerous. BE PREPARED FOR ANYTHING!
FLASH UPDATE from HQ: Dear all, I just remembered that Frank was in the news recently. It was reported that he was interviewed and is still alive (so that would mean he DID escape the rock)!!! There is also evidence that the Anglin brothers survived as well (but they MIGHT be dead). If this is true, this would mean that Frank is the only surviving "rock" OUTLAW to be out there!!!!! This has prompted many re-evaluations of evidence and clues as to where he is. Unfortunately all the clues / evidence have not, up until this time, pointed to his last known location (it has been rumored that it might be in Florida). It will be up to Law Enforcement Officers, with the help of the community (folks that often look for hidden things), to find his last known location! Folks, up until now, NO ONE has successfully escaped "The Rock". Let's make sure we keep the record intact! Amtg
