MT#12 - Angel Heart Letterbox Hybrid

Im Rahmen dieser Serie möchte ich euch einige meines Erachtens sehenswerte Filme präsentieren - darunter sind viele Klassiker, aber auch das eine oder andere weniger bekannte Kleinod ist zu finden.

Die Fragen zum Film sind bewusst so gewählt, dass es wohl nur sehr schwer möglich ist, alle Antworten zu finden, ohne sich den Film anzusehen. Aber darum geht es ja in erster Linie: ihr sollt euch den Film anschauen!

Damit es sich für euch auch lohnt, gibt es für den Erstfinder eine goldene Oskar-Figur in jedem Cache der Serie! Wer letztendlich die meisten Statuen gesammelt hat, gewinnt einen Kinogutschein im Wert von €100,-. Aber natürlich verrate ich euch nicht, wieviele Caches im Laufe der Zeit erscheinen werden!

Harry Angel arbeitet im New York der 50er als anrüchiger Privatdetektiv. Eines Tages bietet ihm der mysteriöse Louis Cypher viel Geld dafür, einen Musiker namens Johnny Favorite aufzuspüren, der bei Cyphers Gattin angeblich noch Schulden hat. Wenn auch widerwillig lässt sich Angel auf das Geschäft ein. Schnell findet er heraus, dass Favorite in einer Klinik wegen einer Amnesie behandelt wurde. In New Orleans trifft er schließlich auf Epiphany, die Tochter einer bereits verstorbenen, ehemaligen Geliebten des Verschwundenen, mit der sich Angel auf eine Affäre einlässt. Doch offenbar sind seine Ermittlungen nicht unentdeckt geblieben. Alle von ihm befragten Zeugen werden der Reihe nach auf bestialische Weise ermordet...

Mir persönlich tun solche Rückschritte sehr leid, sind aber unumgänglich, damit dieser Cache nicht archiviert wird!

Der Cache selbst ist eine Lock & Lock Dose der Größe Normal, die bewusst recht einfach versteckt wurde. Im Cache befindet sich für den Erstfinder eine goldene Statue - bitte unbedingt mitnehmen! Denn nur derjenige, der am Ende die meisten Figuren vorweisen kann, bekommt den Kinogutschein!

The intention of this series is to present some movies, which are, at least according to my opinion, well worth seeing. You will find classic movies as well as almost unknown movie gems...

It will be definitely a challenge to answer the questions without watching the movie - but that's what it is all about: Watch the movie!

As a reward, any single cache will contain a golden movie buff statue - this can be collected by the first one to find the cache. At the end of the day, when all caches of the series are released, the one who has collected the highest number of statues, earns a movie theater voucher in the amount of €100,- And no, I will not tell you, how many caches are to be released!

It's 1955. Small time New York City gumshoe Harry Angel is hired through a law firm by a mysterious man named Louis Cyphre. Cyphre tells Harry that choosing him as the private investigator for this case was by no accident despite Harry not knowing who Cyphre is or in turn Cyphre not directly stating why he chose Harry. The case is to locate a man by the name of Johnny Favorite, a popular singer before World War II, who served in the war and supposedly was institutionalized due to his injuries since, although Cyphre has not seen Favorite during that time. As Harry progresses through the case, he doesn't quite trust Cyphre as every step Harry takes leads to people angry about his questions and/or who want to beat him. Johnny's associates are highly populated by those into mysticism and particularly voodoo, which takes Harry to New Orleans. As Harry continues his investigation, one by one, the people he interviews turn up dead. Although Harry isn't sure if he wants to continue with the case, he does so if only to satisfy his own curiosity as to Johnny's whereabouts and why Cyphre wants to find him.

Take your 5 answer and combine them into one by separating the single answers with hyphens. Leave away spaces, only capital letters! This change in the listing has become necessary as Groundspeak considers the former (and better) geochecker as illegal. Personally, I do regret this step back!

Check your solution with certitude to get the coordinates.

The cache itself is a Lock & Lock box of standard size, which should be easily found. The cache includes a Golden Statue for the one who can claim the FTF - don't forget to take it with you! At the end of the day, the one with the most statues collected, wins the Movie Theater Voucher!
