Geocache Description:

10 April 2019, 12:00 - 13:00

Celebrate geocaching creativity and diversity around the world and earn a Creation Celebration Souvenir at this event.

This event will be an 'Activity' workshop and opportunity to share ideas about what makes a good cache...

The theme for this workshop will be What's Worth a Fav Point?

Please bring:
Yourself (!)
Pen or pencil
Paper
Your list of favourite caches
Water
Sunscreen
Hat
Anything else you think useful!

What makes cachers award a favourite point?  We will play a fun game (materials not listed above will be supplied by the event organiser) to see what interesting containers, locations, challenges, events and experiences drive up to spend a favourite point on that smiley face.  It does not involve walking or anything physically demanding.  Your brain may be mentally challenged though!

In order to play the game, you will need to bring with you a list of your favourite caches.  You can find which caches you have given a favourite point on your profile at https://www.geocaching.com/p/default.aspx?tab=lists#profilepanel or you can simply draft a list from memory.  Please bring a pen with you, and remember it can be quite sunny during the day so plenty of protection from the sun.
