We started Geocaching in December 2018 and enjoy it so much decided to make our first hide. It's a medium size ammo can and stocked with special toys from our grand kids.
It's a very pretty area off the trail a short way. Watch for possible snakes. Parking is available at the Gateway Mesa Open Space trail head
If you come across a rusted, dirty cookie type container this is an old cache belonging to someone else and no longer active, I will remove it when I do find it and will also remove the most current logs and put into my cache, everyone that thought they found mine will still be counted.
