The Sky Garden at 20 Fenchurch Street is a public roof garden over the 35th to 37th storeys, giving 360-degree views across the City of London.
It is FREE to go to the Garden between 10:00 and 18:00 each weekday, and between 11:00 to 21:00 at weekends and bank holidays.

In busy tourist times you may need to book several days in advance, at other times of year you may be able to reserve a ticket for the same day. At some times you may need to queue for quite a while to enter the building.
There are airport-like security checks at the entrance and some items like swiss army knives will not be allowed, though will be held for collection when you depart.
The entrance is at the South-west corner of the building, not the main building entrance on Fenchurch Street.
The best time to go is probably around sunset, and on days when there is good visibility.
