Geocache Description:

Sant Elm @ Night (photo by tom11colonia)

This is one of the few night caches of Mallorca - enjoy!
It is a track of 3,5km and leads to the plateau of Sant Elm, with beautiful views.
It took me two hours to walk and lay out the different stages, so I believe you'll need about the same time.

You'll definitely need the track to do this cache:
GPSies - Little hike on the plateau of Sant Elm (2h)

Bring:

  • Good shoes
  • water
  • headlamp + spare lamb
  • GPS + spare batteries or mobile phone + power bank

DO NOT GO ALONE  AND LET OTHERS KNOW WHERE YOU ARE!
This nightcache cannot be done at daylight, so do not try.

Park your car at the indicated waypoint and continue on the track, looking for white reflectors.
At the different stages (see waypoints), look around - in 10 to 80m distance you'll see the corresponding stage indicated by an orange reflector.
Go there, answer the question and continue on the track. The first stage is close to a "Heart of Stone":

Stage1: Which two colors are carved and market into the tree?
   Blue/White: A=1
   Yellow/Red: A=3
   Green/Blue: A=9

Stage 2: What hangs in the little pine tree?
   Rabbit: B=0
   Bell: B=2
   Coin: B=4
   Plane: B=7

Stage 3: What is in the container?
   Stone: C=1
   Tooth: C=3
   Frog: C=5
   Marble: C=9

Stage 4: What is the name of the little guy?
   Nubi: D=0
   Brodi: D=5
   Cobi: D=7
   Ragi: D=9

Stage 5: What animal?
   White rabbit: E=0
   Black sheep: E=4
   Green frog: E=6
   Grey mouse: E=9
