Bexhill War Memorial

 


The memorial on the promenade at Bexhill was unveiled 12th December 1920. It commemorates the lives given by Bexhill residents during World War 1 (389 names) and World War Two (118 names).

To find the final location you will need to visit the memorial and gather the following information.
Below the Winged victory is a plaque:
A = Number of letters in the first word, first line.
B = Number of letters in the fifth word, first line.
C = Number of letters in the sixth word, second line.
D = Number of letters in the seventh word, third line.
E = Start of World War Two 19?9
F = Number of letters in the eleventh word, fifth line.

The final location is
N50 50.ABC
E000 28.DEF

You may need tweezers to extract the log. Bring your own pen.
