Geocache is not at the listed coordinates but in the 7 Dams Conservatory. Access to the Conservatory is limited to members who pay an annual fee on 7dams.co.za alternatively, if you are from out of town and will only be in town for a short while, you can contact info@7dams.co.za and make an arrangement for access. It's a great place to take the dogs for a walk, go biking or hiking and view all the flaura and fauna.
There have been a few caches archieved here because they were hidden in walls without much description which compelled cachers to tear the walls apart and that became a problem. Fortunately, this cache is hidden in between two sides of a broken wall hence no need to dismantle the wall.
To find the cache, you will need to panelbeat these coordinates: S 03° (-1)1.42(-2)' E 26° 12.437' The eastern coordinate is correct but in relation to it, the southern one seems jumbled. If only you knew what the general line of latitude in Bloemfontein was. Perhaps then a patter might emerge. This cache is part of Bloemfontein's first geoart series. This cache is also part of 30 I am placing in a month to celebrate my 30th birthday and how geocaching has made some of those 30 years so much more enjoyable.(20/30)
