Geocache Description:

09 November 2019, 13:30 - 15:30

The GIFF event for 2019 is being hosted in:

The Gloucestershire Deaf Community Centre
Barnwood Road
Gloucester
GL4 3JL

On Saturday 9th November 2019

It's that time of year again to enjoy the films made by fellow cachers and of course enjoy some popcorn in the process.

Groundspeak have approved the event and added it to the official bookmark listing. That means that geocachers who log "Attended" at the event will receive the official GIFF 2019 digital souvenir.

The space is limited to 60 attendees so please when stating your intent to attend, please include the numbers in your group. It will be on a first come first served basis.

The rough programme (timings will be confirmed once it's known how long the film reel is)

1330 - Doors Open (tea, coffee, squash and biscuits will be available)

1400 - Films start

Any budding film makers are welcome to show case them here

1520 - Voting

1530 - Finish

Tombola

The tombola worked really well last year and so we are going for the same, however, we really do need you to bring prizes. We use the tombola to raise money to pay for the hall and so without your prizes/pennies being spent we won't be able to support future events.
