With the happening of EXPO98 in Lisbon, the last Great Exposition of the 20th century, in which the Oceans were the main theme, a zone was created where the flags of the 148 participant countries were hoisted during the Exposition. However, after the event ended this place was preserved in the recently created «Parque das Nações» (Nation's Park).
Description:
The goal of this virtual cache is to find your country's flag in Nation's Park, at the coordinates place. Nevertheless, for me to be able to confirm that you were really there and to validate your entry on the logbook, you must send me by email the answers to the following questions (concerning the Exposition's year) about Portugal (please, do not put the answers on the logbook nor on a picture):
1 - What was the name of Portugal's capital? 2 - How many inhabitants did Portugal have? 3 - How much was Portugal's area?
Finally I suggest that you take a picture to your flag, maybe with you near by, and that you put it online when you add your entry to the logbook. And if you're not Portuguese you could also put on the logbook the answers to the same questions, also concerning the Exposition's year, this time about your country.
