This will be a two stage event. We will host a traditional schmoozing event, at the picnic tables at the posted coordinates, from 10:00am to 10:30am. Everyone is free to come, schmooze, tell lies, and swap memories. At 8:30, we will switch hats to to a paddling event, from Silver Springs State Park, to Ray Wayside Park, a journey of about 5 miles. The paddle is strictly voluntary. You need not paddle, to attend this event.

    If you do wish to paddle, you will need to pay a launch fee of about $6. We will be staging some vehicles at Ray Wayside, to bring folks & boats back to Silver springs. The cars parked at Ray Wayside will need to get a $5 parking permit, available when you pull into the park.

    If you wish to rent a boat, you can do so at Silver Springs. You will need to call ahead, for pricing and availability.
