The fourteenth in an occasional series of morning get-togethers, which aim to be within a few miles of the River Erewash, the border between Nottinghamshire and Derbyshire. All geocachers are welcome, for an hour of chat, the sharing of ideas, the exchange of trackables, and anything to do with our hobby.
A southern venue this time, less than a mile from where the River Erewash flows into the River Trent. We will meet at the Corn Mill, a modern pub at Attenborough (or is it Toton or Chilwell? - the "official" address is Beeston) - the postcode is NG9 6GX. This is a handy location for public transport as well as for car drivers.
The pub doesn't actually open until 10:00, so I've set the start time for 10:30 to save people having to queue up outside!
The pub offers a breakfast menu and drinks, though of course no purchase is necessary. Children (but not dogs - sorry) are welcome.
There is one cache, if you haven't already got it, within a few yards of the venue, and quite a few others 5 or 10 minutes walk away.
