Geocache Description:

27 February 2020, 19:00 - 22:00

When: Thursday 27th February 2020      Time:  19:00 to 22:00

Where:  Velo Lounge, 30-31 Moorland Road, Bath  BA2 3PW  (what3words:  spits.deputy.race)

On this day last year, the Captain Marvel film premiered in London starring Brie Larson.

A tenuous link to the title and an excuse to show a picture of her on the cache page smiley

The story has evolved since Captain Marvel first appeared in December 1967 as Walter Lawson. There have been a number of 'other' Captain Marvels before the character Carol Danvers was created. She was the first character to use the moniker Ms. Marvel and first appeared in Marvel Super-Heroes #13 (March 1968). I'm sure someone somewhere has created a geocaching puzzle cache on the fascinating progression of the story!

Please come along for an evening of geochat, interesting advice, potential travel bugs and the odd hint on solving some of those tricky puzzles. There is no agenda...so meet, chat, drink, be happy.

Food is available but not compulsory. Well behaved geohounds welcome.

Free Parking available on Moorland Road or nearby on the side streets.

Regretfully there is no lift to the upstairs floor, hence terrain rating of 1.5
