Geocache Description:

City of Marion, Indiana Community Celebration Event!
Matter Park & Gardens - Shelter #1

Sunday @ 12:30-2:30pm May 24th, 2020
A Geocaching Community Celebration Event hosted in Marion, IN to commemorate the 20th Anniversary of the Game of Geocaching. Attendees will be awarded with a special icon and souvenir for their gc.com profile.

You MUST be present and personally sign the logsheet DURING the event to claim an "attended" log.

The tentative itinerary / schedule:

The event will kick off with a casual meet and greet of attendees. Individually packaged snack food and beverages will be provided. At exactly 1:30 pm sharp I, your host, will ask for nearby geocachers to assemble for a group photo. If any muggles are curious about the event, we will have a volunteer hand out fliers that explains geocaching.

Once we have everyone together, we will take a group photo.

We hope to gather a "good showing" of geocachers at this event. Tell your friends and help promote the event.

Hope to see you there!
