The pub is a chain pub so there is no need to pre-order, and as well as a spacious inside area, there is also a patio with heated pods and a large beer garden complete with kid's play equipment should you feel more comfortable outside.
If you would like to eat, food can be ordered on the night, and the menu can be found online here. It would be very helpful if you could post a 'will attend' and whether or not you will be eating to enable me to give the pub some idea of numbers. If all goes to plan, the traditional wooden chest will be available for dropping off, picking up and discovering trackables, and there will also be the raffle run by GeoJaxx with numerous prizes and caching related items to win.
Officially, the event will run from 6.30pm to 10.00pm, but there are always early birds and late finishers! If you've never been to an event before please feel free to come along - these caches are always great to get some tips and hints on those unsolved puzzle caches, tricky hides or other advice and help. You're welcome to message me in advance through my profile/email and I will look out for you and introduce you to others - you can be assured of a warm welcome.
