Community Celebration 2020
Kick-off with a Barbeque

Where: Gallowhill BBQ site at Mugdock Country Park
The site is equipped with two barbeque grills, open-space bench seating and a covered area with a large table. There is a playpark and an adventure park nearby for the children. There's also a large open field behind the site that can be used for ballgames, rounders, frisbee, etc.

When: Saturday 2nd May 2020

Time: 12noon to 3pm

What we supply:
Paper plates and plastic cups (if you forget to bring your own re-usable ones)
sauces (ketchup etc), juice, water, coffee, tea, sugar, milk
and a cake! smiley

What to bring:
Your own food - anything you want to put on the BBQ
rolls, and/or sandwiches or other food you want to eat
dessert to share (optional - please let us know if you are willing to contribute)

To reduce the impact on our environment, we encourage you all to bring your own re-usable picnic/camping plates and cups

To help cover the cost of the site hire, we would appreciate a donation. There will be a small collection box placed at the event.

Watch the space.....
It could be a competition, a FTF draw, activities, new caches..... time will tell.
