Geocache Description:

23 July 2020, 18:00 - 19:00

Save the Earth while geocaching?
Yes, please! We call it CITO (Cache In Trash Out®).

All good cachers go geocaching, what do great cachers do?
Cachers Improve The Outdoors!

This year, Cache In Trash Out® (CITO) souvenir moments will extend from just one week, twice a year, to two entire seasons! That’s right earth-lovin’ geocachers, this year’s CITO dates are:

CITO 2020, Season 1

Sunday, March 1 through Sunday, May 31, 2020
That includes all of March, April, and May!

CITO 2020, Season 2

Tuesday, September 1 through monday, November 30, 2020
That includes all of September, October, and November!

Join us on July 23, 2020 between 6pm and 7pm (or until done) at the Carpool Lot on 8th Ave and M-6

This is a family friendly CITO as we will not be walking along the highway. Children are welcome to attend, but please keep an eye on them for their safety.

There will be vests, trash bags, and grabbers provided, however, if you'd like gloves, please bring your own.

MDOT Adopt-A-Highway would like all participants to watch the Safety Video and read the Safety Brochure prior to helping out. There will be a required sign up sheet that I must complete and return back to MDOT.

For more information on the MDOT Adopt-A-Highway Program please click here.

We hope to see you there!!!
