This cache is the bonus to Thunder Bay's first Adventure Lab - Waverley Walk. You can complete this cache in one of two ways: you can complete the adventure lab (see details below) or you can solve the puzzle on this page.
To do an Adventure Lab you need to have a smartphone with either an Android or IOS operating system.

Alternatively, if you wish to skip the Adventure Lab aspect, you can walk around the park and gather numbers from plaques to get the final coordinates.
