FAT TUESDAY IS BACK AGAIN  February 16, 2021, 12:00pm - 6:00pm

Come out and stay for a few or stay all day for this Mardi Gras meet and greet hosted by us RiverRats and the FlexPirates. 

Here at the Spanish Plaza, each parade passes by twice, so you basically get twelve parades without having to move.

UPDATE: THERE ARE ONLY TWO PARADES SCHEDULED, ALL OTHERS HAVE BEEN CANCELED FOR THIS DATE. PLEASE LOOK AT THE LIST BELOW AT THE REVISED SCHEDULE 

Be sure to bring lawn chairs for the ones planning an all day affair, and of course your snacks and beverages of choice (no glass bottles are allowed in the Plaza).

We will be cooking throughout the day, probably just burgers and hotdogs, but we will make sure there is plenty

The State Troopers and County Sherrifs usually stage close to where we set up, so security should be no issue. Parking downtown during Mardi Gras is difficult at times, so it may be easiest to park at the Mobile Civic Center and make the short walk over.

This is a kid and pet friendly event, and we hope to see you there.

We will also be providing a port-o-potty just for us geocachers to use

There will be a grab bag, for the first ten cachers who sign the event log (ONLY ONE GRAB BAG PER FAMILY). The grab bag will consist of, tools of the trade, swag, and one trackable item. 

There will also be raffle prizes throughout the day, so don't forget to get your ticket when you sign the event log. You do not have to be present to win, I will gladly deliver or mail your winnings.
