Dinoprophet: After a run of over three years, I had to archive Higher Education today. The container is gone, and I no longer have the perfectly-matched paint. I feel bad because it's always had such great feedback. Thanks to all the finders who stuck to it and figured it out. For those who didn't find it, here's the spoiler--
Although it's possible to be on the ground at the given coordinates, it is also possible to be eight floors up. The eighth floor of the building is partly indoors, but most of it is an open area. The view is quite amazing from here -- on a moderately clear day, the Ren Cen and the Detroit skyline is visible, over 30 miles away!
