This cache is not at the posted coordinates
Recently I ran into some trouble on finding a number of caches. I looked into it and made the discovery that had these caches had certain attributes, my trouble would have been greatly decreased. I looked everywhere I could think of for applicable attributes so that I could suggest them to the proper COs, but could not find them anywhere. I decided I should make them so that they can be put to use and save me and others the unneeded hassle. Here are the ones I came up with, if needed you can click on them to get a better look:

I am still failing to see how the CO thought that the one I did a couple weeks ago was wheelchair accessible. My legs are still sore from the hike and that is nothing to say about the scrambling I had to do. Further, the difficulty does not fit the cipher that was encrypted three times over as the puzzle I needed to solve. Perhaps this attribute would have helped me to see it was a little harder than the CO anticipated.

I would think if a hint says "magnetic", then it would be something simple like the cache is attached to something metal, not any metal with a ten foot radius becomes part of the container, not to mention any nearby electronics getting ruined. An attribute like this would have been helpful. By the by the car door was not originally part of the cache. I just opened it too closely to the container.

Luckily, I knew what to expect on the cache that was the inspiration for this attibute. Alas, my friend Roger, who accompanied me, decided to watch what would happen as I accessed the cache. Once I closed the container and opened my eyes, He was nowhere to be found.
I am still not sure why I was looking in the bushes, on the sides of the parking lot and underneath cars. This attribute would have saved me three trips to ground zero and several hours of searching.

Ten or twenty feet from the posted coordinates I can understand. Spending an hour and a half looking in the pine tree similar to what is described in the hint but a quarter of a mile away; well... maybe the CO should learn a little better how to set coordinates for a cache, or just use this attribute.

The words "Cleverly Disguised" should not be used for a cache hidden in a fence cap in a dog park. Luckily, using my unsullied hand, I was able to drive home and wash my hands 8 times before going back and making the find. This attribute would have saved me some time and some gagging.
Barking dogs is not music to my ears while trying to maintain my already meager stealth. A few days ago, I found myself spending more time answering questions than finding a cache thanks to Fido alerting passerby. This attribute would have at least let me know to bring a steak to distract the dog while I search.

Much like the earlier attribute, this one would have come in handy with the "hidden in plain sight" cache I was looking for recently. Two hours spent going through every branch of a tree, removing bark and pulling up lawn. My other experience made it certain that I was not going to touch "that". Finally a much braver cacher came by and did what I was unwilling. This attribute would have solved that problem early on.

This attribute would have helped the day after the last day of my longest streak. Every cache I went to was one that was "muggled often", yet I did not know that until I read the logs the next day. Knowing to have a throwdown handy would have been of great benefit as well as gotten me past day 364.
Spending 6 hours a day for many months is no fun for solving a puzzle, especially when after finding it I get a message from the CO stating he would have just given me the coordinates, for the right price. He could have just placed this attribute on the cache page and saved me the time. Now I have to catch up on all the binge watching TV shows I have been missing.
I figure I will submit these to HQ in the hopes they add them. It will be of benefit to me and others.
If you have any trouble solving this, take a look at that last attribute and message me, I will send you an message and the correct payment amount for the coordinates. Or just message me and I will help.
