Lord's Bushes and Knighton Woods are a relic from the formal gardens of the Buxton Estate, the grounds of the house belonging to Edward North Buxton (1860-1924). This small area of woodland has numerous paths, grassland ponds.
The Rowan Trail is a marked footpath and is around 1.5m/2.4km long. You can see a map of the trail here.
