Geocache Description:

07 May 2021, 12:00 - 12:30

Mr. and Mrs. Kingsnu are headed to New Mexico to cache out the counties in the state.  And what better side trip then a MEGA at Mingo.  Friday we will be headed from NE New Mexico to western Kansas and well Guymon, Oklahoma just happens to get in the way.  We figured since Events were kind of our thing (nearly 100 hosted in 8 different US States and 8 different countries) we had to try and add Oklahoma to that list.  We are very hopeful that at least a few locals can stop in at lunch time and say hi, and maybe even a few cachers headed from Texas or New Mexico to Mingo might want a reason to stop.

Because of time constraints my wife and I will roll into the Cross Park about 5 minutes to noon and we will need to bust out at 12:30 as we have a bunch of caching to do on our way north.  Please make sure you check in to our traveling log book (it's a trackable and a record of every event we have hosted)

We will ask EVERYBODY to please wear a mask, I know we are outside and I know many will have got the shot(s) by then......but PLEASE be respectful of fellow cachers who might still be uncomfortable around others.  It's not a hard thing to do for the brief 30 minutes that we will be together.

  • Please do not attend if you have been diagnosed with COVID-19 (symptoms of COVID-19), if you are waiting for COVID-19 test results, or if you may have been exposed to someone with COVID-19.
