Geocache Description:

23 May 2021, 13:00 - 14:00

Starting in 2016, for four consecutive years, the Crosswinds Cache Crew held the Crosswinds Marsh – Naturefest Geocaching event. The 2020 event was also planned but was cancelled because of COVID-19 restrictions.

Naturefest is an annual event presented by the staff of the Crosswinds Marsh Wetland Interpretive Preserve and volunteers who present nature-oriented activities, games, demonstrations, and a nature hike on the trails.

This year’s Naturefest will be a bit different because COVID-19 restrictions. There will be two events lasting two hours each being restricted to 75 participants each. The events will be held on Saturday, May 22, 2021 and registration is required. Because of these changes it was decided to hold our Geocaching event on the following day.
