Another opportunity to thank our local parks for allowing us to place and find geocaches on their property.
This is a Kayaking/Canoe CITO. You will need a boat as we will be picking up litter from the shores and water.
If you own your own, please bring it with you. There is a very limited number of canoes we will be allowed to use if you don’t already have one. . Please message me or mention in your log if you need to use a rental so I can update Stark Parks with who needs to use one of their canoes. . Coordinates are for parking with a boat launch very nearby. .
Bottled water and trash bags will be provided.
A volunteer waiver form will need to be filled out for everyone attending.
It would be wise to also bring grabbers and/or gloves, and sun protection. Be smart- please wear your life vest on the water! Children are welcome, but must follow Ohio boating laws and wear life vests.
