Hike-n-Seek 2021 Championships!
A competition that will be starting after the release of the caches for the weekend.
Scorecards will be handed out and there will be 12 special caches to be found for this competition. Each cache will have a punch that will correspond to a number on your scorecard. There will be an individual divison and a two person division. You will have 90 minutes to find as many caches as you can. If you are late, you will be disqualified.
The individual finding the most caches the fastest will be awarded the GREAT WOODS COIN. The two person team finding the most caches the fastest will be awarded The Buser Cup. Both awards are traveling awards which must be passed on to the following year's winners. Each person's geocaching name will be placed upon the corresponding award.
**Cache at your own risk**
Geocaching, hiking, backpacking and other outdoor activities involve risk to both persons and property. There are many variables including, but not limited to, weather, fitness level, terrain features and outdoor experience, that must be considered prior to seeking a Cache. Be prepared for your journey and be sure to check the current weather and conditions before heading outdoors. Always exercise common sense and caution.
**Remember to be good ambassadors to nature. We as geocachers have a responsibility to leave it as we found it, so others may enjoy nature's glory. Always replace the cache the way you found it, so others may enjoy the find.
