Vista da antiga Igreja da Ribeirinha
Esta geocache situa-se ao longo do trilho pedestre de "Costa a Costa" do Faial. A distância deste passeio é de 36,8 km e é pesada. Começa na Ribeirinha, o ponto mais antigo e oriental da ilha e termina no Vulcão Capelinhos.
Deste Miradouro tem uma vista sobre a aldeia de Ribeirinha e a igreja que foi destruída pelo terramoto de 1998. No futuro, uma nova igreja será construída aqui.
Em tempo claro pode ver a ilha do Pico com a montanha mais alta de Portugal.

This geocache is located along the hiking trail from "Coast to Coast" of Faial. The distance of this tour is 36.8 km and is heavy. It starts in Ribeirinha, the oldest and most eastern point of the island and ends at the Capelinhos Volcano.
From this Miradouro you have a view over the village of Ribeirinha and the church that was destroyed by the earthquake of 1998. In the future, a new church will be built here.
In clear weather you can see the island of Pico with the highest mountain in Portugal.
This cache can be reached in different ways and can because of that be visited by anyone.
