On Tuesday 10th August 2021 between 19:00 and. 21:00 you are given the chance to meet-up inside Helsby stations old waiting room to celebrate SideTracked Day 2021.
Helsby Station is over 150 years old having opened on 1st July l863.
It is the junction between two railway lines, the Chester to Manchester line and a line to Ellesmere Port and Liverpool.
Meet in the old station waiting room, which has been perfectly restored and is now in use as the Beer Heroes Tap Room, a craft ale bar.
There will be a chance to have a chat with like-minded cachers, swap travel bugs and have a drink to celebrate the 14th anniversary of this great series, although that is not compulsory.
For those who want to get to the event by train, Helsby is located on the main Manchester to Chester route operated by Transport for Wales and Northern Rail.
The Bottle Room has been reserved for us on the evening.
