Note: This is a locationless geocache. Instead of finding a box, you're going on a hunt to find a planetarium. You'll have to do a little research to see if there's in your hometown area. We hope you'll learn something about astronomy along the way, too!
Please understand that a planetarium is NOT the same thing as an observatory. At a planetarium, you watch a show about stars. At an observatory you look into a telescope, and see real stars. The Dr. and Mrs. Herbert J. Silverman Planetarium

Here are the rules to log this locationless geocache:
1. Use your GPS receiver to mark the location of a planetarium. The best place to do this is next to an offical sign that shows its name. Since The MOST planetarium in Syracuse, New York has been used as a model for this cache, consider it to be logged - find another.
2. Take a photo of the planetarium building that shows you and your GPS receiver in front of an official sign bearing its name. One or two additional photos showing the buidling and its surroundings will greatly enhance your report. The photos you see on this clue page will serve as examples.
3. Submit a log report that includes the coordinates at your planetarium sign, along with some descriptive information. Please state the street address, city, state/province, and country. The goal here is to share information about working planetariums, so take time to do a little research. Give us a paragraph or two that describes your visit, as well as the facility. Try to find a website with more information about your planetarium, and include the link in your log report.
4. Then immediately upload the required GPS confirmation photo in order to log this cache as found. The usual locationless cache rules apply: one log per player, and each planetarium may be logged only once. Please read all the logs to be sure your planetarium hasn't already been reported. All photos must be originals, and logs without GPS confirmation photos will be deleted.
