Hallo Gibraltar!ย 
On my very short visit to Gibraltar, I would use the opportunity to meet with the local and international GeoCachers, therefore I organize the event to get to know the people here.
As I do not know the town, I have chosen the probably nice place - as I believe it is. I shall be waiting for you on Friday, November 12th, at 16:00 (4ย p.m.) The event will take half an hour until 16:30 (4:30 p.m.)
Hopefully, it is going to be a great opportunity to chat, share experiences and exchange TBs so please bring some Travelbugs and GeoCoins for sharing and to send it far, far away...
