The redemption event for the SnagTheTag Bump in the Night game.
Everyone is welcome! We encourage everyone to come, regardless of participation in the Bump in the Night game. There will be drawings for whatever is inside of a TB grab bag to be opened during the event.
This will be outdoors in Colorado in October, so plan and dress accordingly. All event hosts are fully vaccinated.
A total of 9 bat tag/geocoins will be hidden in and around the Pueblo area from now until the event. They magnetically attach to their partner coin to create a set. In order to get a complete set you must find a bat and bring it to the event. The hosts will give you the coin to complete your set. Tags/geocoins will publish on SnagTheTag.com for the week leading up to the event, and possibly during the event. In order to be notified of published tags and to claim your bats, you must create or have an account on SnagTheTag.com. This is free. Upon finding a bat, you will enter its code on SnagTheTag in order to claim it. Finding tags is very much like finding a cache. You will have coordinates and clues.
Please claim Only One tag/geocoin per household/geoteam! There are only 9 available and we want everyone to have a chance and enjoy the game.
This is the redemption event for the 9 Pueblo area bats only. Tags/geocoins found for other events must be claimed at their respective events.
We did order an additional set of coins to sell, however none will be available for purchase at our event. These are the purple variant, different from the red being hidden. Wanting a complete set, we kept one, leaving 4 for sale. We decided on giving away 3 to local cachers that have made an impact on our caching and in our area. Hopefully you all show up.
The final drawing of the event will be for the last remaining purple coin.
