We'll be returning to Pinner Village Gardens for the first time since Covid struck - it may look a little different than it did before as the volunteers have continued to work in the interim. The previous CiTO here saw us digging out the existing plants from an area referred to as the "pocket park" and that area has been complete for a while now. You'll also be able to spot two new raised beds, and work should hopefully be underway on the replanting at the Whittington Way entrance in the island by December.
I won't know exactly what we'll be up to on the day until a few days before, as it depends on how other volunteer parties get on between now and then. But if we meet up near the Rayners Lane entrance, that'll start us out near the lock-up and I'll be able to distribute any tools needed. If you arrive after the start, then you'll be able to find the group by walking around the park and spotting us.
Parking is probably easiest on the southern side of the park, as there's a slip road that runs down both sides of Whittington Way which doesn't have many parking restrictions except at the ends.
